The Remediation Innovation Awards 2009

Now in its fifth year, the Brownfield Briefing Remediation Innovation Awards recognise best practice in remediation and use of remediation technology by UK-based companies.

 

Organised by Brownfield Briefing and Newzeye, the Awards are divided into categories that include the best conceptual design, most innovative remediation method and best recovery of land for heritage or community use.  

New for this year is the award for Young Brownfield Professional 2009.

 

Awards Presentation

The winners will be announced and awards presented at a gala dinner held on the evening of Tuesday 22 September at the Grange City Hotel, London after the first day of the Brownfield Briefing Contaminated Land and Brownfield Remediation conference.

Our host for the dinner will be Naomi Cleaver, perhaps best known as presenter of popular prime-time series Grand Designs Trade Secrets and Britain's Best Home.

The Awards are held in conjunction with Brownfield Briefing's annual “Contaminated Land and Remediation” and "Contaminated Land Risk Assessment 2009" conferences held on 22 & 23 September. For more details on these events click here.

All entries are assessed by an independent panel of experts from the remediation industry, members of the CL:AIRE Technology and Research Group and academia.
